Family friendly children’s discount in WINTER

Child reduction in an extra bed:

• up to 4 years: € 8.00 per day
• up to 15 years: 50% reduction
• from 16 years: 20% reduction.

Child reduction in their parents' room:

• 0 to 6 years FREE
• 7 to 16 years 60% reduction
• 17 to 19 years 30% reduction

Child reduction in their own room:

• 7 to 16 years 40% reduction
• 17 to 19 years 20% reduction

Parking space

We provide a free parking space directly adjacent to the hotel.

Booking only bed and breakfast

If you book bed and breakfast only, we will give you a price reduction of € 11.00 per person per day on the half board price.

Surcharge for a single room

€ 8.00 per person per day

Double room for single occupancy

If a double room is used only by one person, the price for the 2^nd bed is reduced by € 15.00 per day.

Christmas / New Year’s Eve

At Christmas, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 per person and at New Year's Eve, € 40.00 per person (children up to 15 years - 50%).

Surcharge for short stay

Stay up to 3 nights: € 2.00 per person per day in summer; € 5.00 per person per day in winter

No-smoking policy

For the convenience of all, our restaurant is a non-smoking restaurant. We would also like to point out that our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You are free to smoke on the balcony or in the hotel bar.

Pets

If previously arranged you can bring your pet with you.
Price € 15.00 per day in winter (without food), € 6.00 per day in summer (without food)
Please note, however, that pets are not permitted in the dining and wellness areas.

Check in / Check out

On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready at 3 p.m. in winter and at 2 p.m. in summer. You will need to inform the hotel in advance if you intend to arrive after 8 p.m.

In the case of you arriving late or leaving before your scheduled departure date, € 15.00 will be charged per day.

Confirmation of reservation / Down payment

To confirm your reservation we ask for a down payment of € 150.00 in winter and € 100.00 in summer to be paid by credit card (credit card number and expiry date required) or by bank transfer..

No show

For no show or cancellation, up to three months before arrival, the down payment will be used as a cancellation fee. If cancellation is within four weeks before arrival, there will be a general 80% charge of the total cost. It is possible to take out a trip cancellation insurance.

Holiday cancellation insurance

It is possible to take out a trip cancellation insurance. It covers all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or death of the policy holder and his family members before the start of the holiday and during the stay. The applicable legal conditions are the most recently amended versions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen (ÖHVB)). Subject to alteration!
