Important Information

Our prices are in Euro per adult person and day.
Prices include half board and exclude local tax of € 3.00 per person (from 15 years) and day. Children's discounts are valid from 2 full-paying adults per room.

With the publication of the new price list all previous ones lose their validity. Price changes, misprints and errors as well as changes in offers reserved.

Reduction of the price of € 15.00 (- € 10.00 in summer) per person and day for overnight stay with breakfast, without using the evening menu.

When using a double room for single occupancy, the price for the 2nd bed is reduced by € 20.00 per day.

We would like to point out that our rooms are non-smoking. There is also no smoking in the entire dining area and at the hotel bar/lounge. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

Dogs only on request.
Charge starting from € 25.00 per dog per day (without food). One dog per room.
We ask for your understanding that dogs are only allowed in the double rooms TIROL & TIROL EXCLUSIVE. In the restaurants, at the hotelbar, in the spa and wellness area and on the sunbathing lawn your four-legged friend has no access. We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required.

• 7-14 years: -60 %
• from 15 years: -30 %

• until 4 years: € 15.00 per day
• from 5 to 10 years: -70 %
• from 11 to 15 years: -50 %
• from 16 years: -30 %

At the same time as a binding booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with a request for a deposit. This amounts to 20% of the arrangement price and is to be paid into our account within 2 weeks after receipt.

The deposit can also be paid by credit card (Visa/ Mastercard).

By providing the credit card number and expiration date, it is irrevocably confirmed that the final invoice or any cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card, unless another method of payment is agreed upon or no other form of payment has taken place.
Unused services will not be refunded.

Services not used will not be refunded. Please understand that it is possible to book room categories, but not specific rooms or floors.

In case of errors in price information, we reserve the right to make an adjustment and refer to the current price lists.

We reserve the right to adjust rates in the event of unforeseen price increases due to the current situation.

For changes or partial cancellations (changes of date, reduction of the duration of the stay as well as reduction of the number of persons) a processing fee of € 70,- is also to be paid. Extensions of the stay and increases in the number of persons remain unaffected by this and are possible free of charge depending on availability and occupancy.

Please note that a reservation becomes effective only after a written confirmation of reservation on our part.

Cash, debit card or credit cards (Mastercard and Visa).

We recommend that you check your card limit for foreign payments. Many credit cards have an automatic card limit of € 2,500. Bank transfer is only possible in advance.

If you need your hotel invoice in a certain form (e.g. invoice to the company address, separate invoices, ...) or take over the hotel stay and / or consumption of several rooms, please let us know in advance (upon arrival!).

• up to 14 days before arrival, cancellation is possible at any time free of charge
• from 14 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the total half board price.
• for changes or cancellations of the confirmed booking we charge a one-time manipulation fee starting from € 30.00.

• up to 8 weeks before arrival: free of charge (fee € 70,00 per room).
• 8 to 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the booked arrangement.
• 2 weeks to 4 days before arrival: 90% of the booked arrangement.
• Up to 3 days before arrival and in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked arrangement.
• The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are sublet in whole or in part.

Cancellations of booked and confirmed reservations are possible and only valid in written form.
